Cannot login

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open a fresh install of app version 3.31.1
2. Either tap on "Log in" and enter the server URL **_OR_** tap on "Sign up with provider"

### Expected behaviour

Server login page displays.

### Actual behaviour

Empty blue screen with loading circle, error message on the bottom "There was an issue processing your login request. Please try again later."

not relevant, issue appears even when choosing "sign up with provider" option

### Additional information

I don't know how to drop log files here. I am just an end user. The folder storage/emulated/0/ doesn't seem to exist on my phone?
