Recommendation list is not functionnal

### Steps to reproduce

Just installed a few weeks ago Nextcloud after several years of Owncloud
nothing specific to say, everything else is working including the Recommendation carousel on the web version

If It would be better to post on the Recommendation App github don't hesitate to correct me

### Expected behaviour

The Recommended Files carousel displays:
1. actual thumbnails previewing the content of the file (such as the miniature of a png/jpg)
2. interactive tiles from tapping the file itself or the three dots at the top right corner

### Actual behaviour

1. no thumbnails, just a grey placeholder
2. nothing is interactive on those grey tiles

I went then briefly in the media section, and now the tiles of the top recent pictures are fully functional! Not the other tiles of the files I didn't display in the media section
