ANRs in uploads screen

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Uploads screen.
2. Wait a few seconds.
3. Dismiss ANR when it pops up.
4. Goto 2.

### Expected behaviour

Should not ANR.

### Actual behaviour

Constant repeating ANRs.
