Description
### ⚠️ Before posting ⚠️
- [x] This is a **bug**, not a question or an enhancement.
- [x] I've [searched for similar issues](https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues) and didn't find a duplicate.

### Steps to reproduce
After updating Nextcloud for Android 3.30.8 to 3.31.0 the app claims, that the Nextcloud server version is outdated and needs to be upgraded.
If I sync files and conflicts are noticed, the conflict-dialog does not appear but only a black screen appeared instead.
If I tap in the app menu on "Uploads", a blackscreen appears, too. The Androis system icons (date, WLAN, Battery) remain visible.
I tried the version 3.31.0 from Google Play as well as from F-Droid.
Huawei P20 lite with Android 9
Nextcloud Hub 7 (28.0.14) on Univention Server 5.0-9
Requirements as witten in Google Play and F-Droid:
Minimum: NC 18 Server, Android 7.1 Nougat
Now I downgraded back to 3.30.8 from F-Droid (very poor possibility to downgrade - needed to seach for the .apk file)
### Expected behaviour
- Appearing dialogs in "Uploads"
- Working with Nextcloud Hub 7
