Description
Android Talk App needs the possibility to write/view/share logfiles.
As i don't want to reinvent the wheel, it's necessary to move code from android-files and/or [android-library](https://github.com/nextcloud/android-library) to [android-common](https://github.com/nextcloud/android-common) so it can be used for all nextcloud android apps.
