Changed File is not synced right away

### Steps to reproduce

I changed a file but nextcloud app didnt sync it right away which lead to loss of information because i later renamed said file from the web interface but the change was not synced yet..

### Expected behaviour

the file should be synced instantly

the file was not synced instantly
