Auto upload notification appears, while auto-upload is inactive

### Steps to reproduce

Checking the notifications in Android.
the attached information regarding auto-upload appears.
Auto-Upload-is not active.

### Expected behaviour

The information should not appear, 'cause auto-upload isn't activated

This notifcation appears
