Two-Way Sync for Folder Disabled After a While

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enable two-way sync for a folder.
2. The sync will automatically trigger every 15 minutes.
3. After a few sync cycles, the folder sync checkbox becomes disabled.

### Expected behaviour

Two-way sync must work every 15 minutes for selected folder
