Remote & Local Connection in one Account

### Problem
Imagine the following Situation:

- On Premise/ at Home hosted Nextcloud server
- using local Connection to utilize Full Transfer Speeds
- using Internet to remotely access with speed limited by public bandwith

You can now set up one Account for each type of connection. Local and Remote. But you'll have to manually switch between them every time ur on site and want to utilize the faster speeds.

### Solution
Enable each Account to optionally include a second server URL fields and an Wifi SSID selector to automatically use the other server url when connected to the selected wifi network.
