More clear status indication of current upload status

### Steps to reproduce

Go to the `Uploads` tab.
View the status indicator in the top right.

### Expected behaviour

Clear indication whether uploading is active or paused.

### Actual behaviour

Clear indication whether the current status is paused or I need to press the icon to enter the paused state.
