Problem with Auto Upload non-media-files / Differs between LineageOS 18.1 and 21

### Steps to reproduce

#Nextcloud #Android #App 3.29.1 on Samsung A5 2017 #Lineageos 18.1 is able to create permission "all files" and then auto upload of the Titanium Backup works great.

On my #Fairphone3+ running #LOS 21 I only can grant all permissions to photo and video and selection the Titanium Backup folder does not select files to upload on this one and Auto Upload failes by not showing files other then media files .

### Expected behaviour

Beeing able to auto upload the Titanium Backup Files also on LOS 21

### Actual behaviour

See above, LOS 21 only shows media files and also the permissions are only available for media files
