Don't see upload only wifi option after diaable

### Steps to reproduce

1. Select manualy some files fo upload on server
2. Disable upload only by wifi in upload menu (for upload by eg. 4G)
3. Now in upload menu I don't see menu, any dots to back option to upload only by wifi

### Expected behaviour

In list upload files or in setting should be an option to back (select) option upload by wifi only.
I don't mean auto upload for specifics folder, I mean about manual files upload.

### Actual behaviour

Actually I don't see any option to check upload only by Wifi on manually selected files.
