Notification on new folder despite of app lock

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a folder on another device
2. Having the smartphone connected via dial-up while the App is locked with PIN code
3. Witnessing Android notificiation on the new folder - INCLUDING ITS NAME

### Expected behaviour

A locked app should tell nothing, never.
