Android client menus aren't displayed after selecting a folder

### Steps to reproduce

Open Android NC client
Select a folder

### Expected behaviour

Main menu and account menu remain accessible

### Actual behaviour

Once a folder is selected, or any subsequent sub-folders, the top left main menu and top right account menu are no longer displayed
