Bug App is stuck after rich document search and edit

This line causes an issue when the editor is opened from an active search. I've been able to reproduce the issue using the following steps:

1. Open any folder (excl. root directory) containing a `README.md`
2. Select preview at top of folder
3. Open text search using icon on top right
4. Enter some text
5. Enter edit mode using FAB
6. Exit back out of editor

Now one is unable to return to the normal files view.

Given all of this, I'm unsure how severe this issue really is.
