Constant refreshing when scrolling in "photos and videos"

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open "Photos and Videos"
2. Input enough photos to scroll
3. Scroll down
4. Experience constant refreshing with a refresh circle while scrolling down

### Expected behaviour

No refreshing while scrolling down

Constant refreshing while scrolling down

I think the issue might be in the android app
OS: MIUI 14.0.3
