e2e folder changes name to "null" after inserting seed phrase

### Steps to reproduce

1) create a folder
2) encrypt it
3) enter the 12 words of the seed phrase the folder will change its name to "null" and will not retain its original name


### Expected behaviour

I would expect the folder not to change name to "null"

### Actual behaviour

Folder Is null
