### Steps to reproduce

File on a Windows Client (probably any OS client) is changed
Same File on a android device (with the Version 3.27) also changed at the same time.
Booth file saved and no message popup appear, with the info conflicted file, witch one should be saved (see screenshot with Version 3.25)

### Expected behaviour

This Windows should appear

### Actual behaviour

With Android Client version 3.27 the file which is latest version is automatic saved without asking or information for a conflict.

27.1.3 and 27.1.6
