Always prefer newest file for auto upload folders

I'm using nextcloud to backup game saves, and I'm tired of having to tap all the notifications to replace the file on the server

### Describe the solution you'd like
When setting up an upload folder, I would like the option to always prefer the file that's been modified most recently. So if the server file is newer, it overwrites the local file, and if the local file is newer it overwrites the server file

### Describe alternatives you've considered
An option to always prefer the local file would come close to what I want but not perfect. For now, I just have to tap the notifications.
