Can not open a office document: please check you permissions

On some office Documents I get this message in the Android App:
Wrong office document message: Document can't be saved, please check you permissions


I only get it, if a lot of users write on this file.
In the browser is no error, every user can write in this file.
It seams like a file lock, because every user has the right permissions.
I can solve this problem if I restart the complete server or if the users opens the file in a browser, then the lock is away and the user can open it without the error in the app again.
