Unable to auto upload and manual upload

### Steps to reproduce

1. Upload a large amount of files (50gb in my case)
2. Wait until all photos have been auto uploaded
3. Take a new set of photos on my phone
4. No auto upload happens
5. Also when trying to manually upload the new photo I get a continuous waiting to upload and it never completes.

### Expected behaviour

For photos to auto upload from m phone

### Actual behaviour

Photos never auto upload and get stuck when trying to manually upload
