Description
### ⚠️ Before posting ⚠️
- [X] This is a **bug**, not a question or an enhancement.
- [X] I've [searched for similar issues](https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues) and didn't find a duplicate.
- [X] I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".
- [X] I agree to follow Nextcloud's [Code of Conduct](https://nextcloud.com/contribute/code-of-conduct/).
### Steps to reproduce
- Open the Nextcloud application.
- Then go to rich preview (that shows if a directory has a `Readme.md` file).
- You can see that the toolbar does not change, it is same as it was showing in the main view.
### Demo -->
https://github.com/nextcloud/android/assets/111801812/3ace4287-954a-4292-aa81-4180d5c7ee73
- Opening the rich preview from root does not change the toolbar
- After opening rich preview of photos directory does have the change.
### Expected behaviour
For the root directory the toolbar does not change as it does when going to other directories or previews.
### Actual behaviour
The toolbar remains as same as it was in the main view when opening rich preview from the root directory.
