"Cancel all" button/menu enry in auto uploader

Description
It would be nice if you could have an "Cancel all uploads" button in the "Uploads" tab. Because it would have helped me in https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues/1141 very much and if something goes wrong, you might want to cancel all uploads.
So please take this as a suggestion.
