No notification when file conflict

### Steps to reproduce

Hello

When I send an exist file, the latest version notify on Android a conflict.
From the latest version (an possible android 13), I don't have notification on this conflict.
The notification work because I use TOP and work fine.
The file conflict is in the send history.

Why only the notify conflict file don't work?
I use nextcloud app from many year without this problem.
