Add a way to bulk resolve sync conflicts.

### Steps to reproduce

Encounter a scenario where sync is required.

### Expected behaviour

A much easier way to bulk-resolve syncs conflicts.

### Actual behaviour

I have to dig through a mixed list where the syncs are not at the top and resolve them individually and then wait for the UI to refresh, re-scroll to the middle of the list and then pick the next conflict to resolve.

This is extremely time consuming.
