Description

### ⚠️ Before posting ⚠️

- [X] This is a **bug**, not a question or an enhancement.
- [X] I've [searched for similar issues](https://github.com/nextcloud/android/issues) and didn't find a duplicate.
- [X] I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".

### Steps to reproduce

1. I set up my dev instance profile
2. I delete it again
3. After 30+ sec (although the account is rather empty, had no files downloaded or uploaded (was just testing push notifications)) the OS shows a warning about the app not responding
4. Press "Wait"
5. After ~2min the app finished deleting the empty account.
