Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Set foto and video auto upload to wi-fi only + only while charging battery.
2. Take a picture with phone (doesn't matter which camera app) while away from any wi-fi and while not charging battery.
3. Note: My server can only be reached inside my private network at home. It is not exposed to the internet. So my simple intention is that whenever I come back home with new pictures on the phone and plug in the charger all new pictures and videos will auto upload to my server. Actually this works fine.
### Expected behaviour
- Absolutely nothing should happen as Nextcloud app should respect the settings.
### Actual behaviour
- Nextcloud app still attempts to connect to my server which fails (of course) and then brings error message something like "can't upload file".
### Can you reproduce this problem on https://try.nextcloud.com?
- Please create a test demo account and see if this still happens there.
- If yes, please open up a bug report
- If not, please verify server setup and ask for help on forum
