View/open old versions of a file/folder without needing to restore it

In the app you can view the activity history for a file. Next to the activities which say "New version was created" there is a button which restores the file. It is not very clear what that button does until you press it though. This feature is not very clear and could be made more useful if there was a separate 'versions' tab.

### Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to view the history of a file or folder via the app without having to restore it. Ideally there would be a version history list much like the web app, where you can view the file at that point in time and decide if I would like to restore it or not. It would be even more useful if I could choose to restore it as a new file if I wanted to keep both versions.
