Multiple prompts for single conflict

### Steps to reproduce
1. upload a file already in nextcloud
2. see notification for conflict
3. wait
4. observe duplicated notifications

### Expected behaviour
- only 1 notification per file, and easy way to resolve multiple conflicts at once

### Actual behaviour
- notifications pile up and cannot be easily dismissed
- at one point i ended up with 50+ conflicts to resolve for only a few files. these needed resolved 1 by one and took a long time

- Please create a test demo account and see if this still happens there.
- If yes, please open up a bug report
- If not, please verify server setup and ask for help on forum
