Can't "edit" or "open with" files (md) while offline even when downloaded

### Steps to reproduce
1. Create File on Server (I have a simple shopping list with a to-do-list in md file created.)
2. Load file with your NC App ("download" green tick on file)
3. Go Offline (smartphone)
4. Try to "edit" or "open with" the file
Can't edit offline files (md) even it is downloaded

### Expected behaviour
Should offline editable, in special if you select “download” before.

### Actual behaviour
I can not edit this file if the server is not available.
