Allow synchronized files to also use cellular network

Currently, files chosen to be synced in the mobile app only synchronize when connected to a WiFi network.

It would be nice to optionally allow files to be synchronized also using cellular network, as is already possible with the auto upload folders feature.

I live in a country where mostly everybody has a cell phone plan with fixed monthly cost and unlimited transfer, thus public WiFi is not widely available. My use case: I have shortcuts on the mobile device's home screen to synced files on the local storage (i need them also when the device is in airplane mode), and would like them to be as up to date as possible.
