Description

Hi, it would be really nice, if there was an option to enable e-mail notifications for admins so that if a publicly shared file/folder (by any user) was downloaded, they get an e-mail notification.
That would imo greatly improve the security of the whole public file/folder sharing by a lot.
Thanks!

Research direction

Start by tracing how the activity app records downloads of publicly shared files and folders, then inspect how administrator email notifications are configured. Done means administrators can enable notifications and receive an email when any user's public share is downloaded, with the behavior covered by appropriate tests.
