Task start and due dates

Steps to reproduce

1. create a task with start and due date
2. try to "activate" notifications - apparently only working for "calendar task"

Expected behaviour

get a notification (EMail or push) if a task starts or becomes due,
probably a reminder "days before" would be useful.

Begin by reproducing the three listed steps and compare task notifications with the calendar-task behavior mentioned in the issue. Done means a task starting or reaching its due date can produce the expected email or push notification, with any reminder timing clearly defined.
