Self-test both beginner tracks end to end

Self-test both beginner tracks end to end: follow every module as a reader would, in a clean environment, and fix what breaks.

Both tracks are complete and have had beta-tester feedback applied, but a full pass by someone following the instructions literally has not been recorded as done.

Why it is worth the time

Every issue found this way is one a real reader would have hit. The known content issues (#17, #18, #19, #21) all came from this kind of pass rather than from reading the content.

Scope

• PHP beginner, all 8 modules, from a fresh environment
• ExApp beginner, all 8 modules, same
• At least one run via Codespaces, since that path is the least exercised (see #19)

File what turns up as separate issues rather than fixing silently, so the coverage is visible.

Both tracks have been walked start to finish and the findings are filed.

Start with the PHP beginner and ExApp beginner tracks, following all 8 modules in each from a clean environment. Run at least one complete track through Codespaces, paying attention to the path discussed in #19. File each problem as a separate issue; done means both tracks have been completed and all findings are recorded.
