Description
Part of the content gap. The manifest declares 11 ExApp advanced modules (ex-a-01..ex-a-08, with index gaps); none are written.
Files go in content/exapp/advanced/<index>.md. See the README for markdown conventions.
ex-a-03 is flagged federation_capstone: true and pairs with php-a-03 — the shared capstone lab is tracked separately.

All advanced modules have content files and appear correctly in the player.
