Description
The "infinite scroll" paradigm is common among different apps, and - even if the base concept is always the same: register a JS handler for scroll event, and calculate the vertical position of the element - each app implements his own approach.
Some example:
- both Bookmarks and News implement a similar
VirtualScrollwrapper for scrollable contents - Activity delegates to a functionality provided by an external dependency
- Mail absorbed an abandoned library, leveraging the mechanism of Vue directives
I'm not know which is the best approach, but providing once this functionality would permit easier implementation and less duplication of dependencies and efforts.

Research direction
Compare the existing implementations in Bookmarks' and News' src/components/VirtualScroll.vue files, Activity's useInfiniteScroll dependency, and Mail's src/directives/infinite-scroll.js. First determine the reusable API and integration approach; the work is done when a shared infinite-scroll helper is defined and its scope is agreed for reducing these duplicated implementations.
