when picking a file from the files app in talk, it only searches the top level

Research direction
Start by locating the file-picker search entry point in this TypeScript dialog library and trace how it is used when selecting files from Talk. Check the existing search behavior and any related tests before implementing recursive results. Done means files inside nested folders can be found through the picker, while existing top-level selection still works.
