Description
When contributors submit a PR to any of our repos, bot will respond with an automated acknowledgement. Something like:
“Thank you for your pull request! We appreciate you taking the time to contribute to the Developer Toolkit projects. Our team will review your contribution with x-days and will reply with feedback and/or merge confirmation"
