Description
The README tab does not render emojis within the nr1 github application
Steps to Reproduce
- Set the repository url to https://github.com/newrelic/docs-website
- Swap to the README tab
- Notice that the emojis show up as odd text artifacts or random characters

Expected Behaviour
The emojis should be rendered correctly, see screenshot below.
