Research direction

Start by reading the linked agent specification section on precedence between distributed tracing options, then locate the Java agent's handling of PGT and Infinite Tracing. Verify the configuration path where both can be enabled and make the behavior match the specification: PGT is completely disabled whenever Infinite Tracing is enabled.
