Description

If KeepingYouAwake is active and the screen is locked (via TouchBar or CTRL+CMD+Q) it will never go to sleep possibly draining the battery while you're away from the machine. While the app works pretty well and as expected it would be great to have more control over such special use-cases.

Research direction

Start by locating how KeepingYouAwake controls its active state and whether the app currently observes the macOS screen-lock event. Define the option's behavior for a locked screen, including when prevention should resume, and verify that locking the screen no longer keeps the Mac awake when the option is disabled.
