Description
Unless I'm being stupid, If you have "allow the display to sleep" enabled, then when you lock your Mac, the lock screen won't stay on! Is there a way you can allow a screen saver to play and also keep the lock screen on without having to change any settings?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. First reproduce the behavior with “allow the display to sleep” enabled, then trace the lock-screen and sleep handling; done means the lock screen remains visible while a screen saver can play without changing that setting.
