Description
Up until now we have Certificate Compression support for the server side of BoringSSL, with JDK 27 the JDK now also supports certificate compression: https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8372526 .. we should see how we support this feature uniformly.

Research direction
Start by locating Netty's existing server-side certificate compression support for BoringSSL and compare it with the JDK 27 certificate compression support described in JDK-8372526. Determine what uniform support should cover across these implementations; the work is done when the supported paths behave consistently and are covered by the relevant tests.
