Description
Expected behavior
Bzip2, FastLz, Lzma, Snappy are old and superseded by compression algorithms like Brotli, Zstd, Zlib, etc. We should consider removing them or moving them under netty-contrib.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Review where Bzip2, FastLz, Lzma, and Snappy support is implemented, then determine whether the intended outcome is removal or moving support to netty-contrib. Done requires an agreed scope and a project decision, but this discussion has no stated resolution.
