Description

Most OpenAPI-related libraries have now migrated to OpenAPI 3.

It would be great to get OpenAPI 3 support. However OpenAPI 3 is quite different from OpenAPI 2, so this represents some significant work.

One blocker we currently have is the lack of support for OpenAPI 3 by go-swagger.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the repository's existing OpenAPI 2 support and review the linked go-swagger OpenAPI 3 blocker. Done would mean the project supports OpenAPI 3, but the issue does not define the required compatibility or tests.
