Description
0001-positioning should be changed to use a blockchain research financing model similar to https://github.com/vporton/gitcoin-web/blob/future/app/assets/docs/science-salaries.pdf
This can increase the generality and fine-tuning and thus the efficiency of your system.
The drawback of my proposal is that the amount of funding may suddenly bubble. This could be mitigated by limiting the final token price (when it's unlocked) by a range of values. (Please investigate further, on how this limiting could be enough or not enough for limiting the current market prices and avoiding bubbles.)

Research direction
Start with 0001-positioning and compare its current research-funding model with the linked science-salaries.pdf proposal. Investigate whether limiting the final token price would address the stated bubble risk, then document a decided model and its rationale in the RFC.
