Unable to access Dark/Light mode toggle on Nebi homepage on Mobile

Context

When accessing https://nebi.nebari.dev/ via Mobile device, the homepage header only has the search option with no way to access the dark/light mode toggle

However if you access a sub page e.g. https://nebi.nebari.dev/introduction/, you are presented with the hamburger menu, in which the dark/light mode toggle is in the menu footer

This should be improved and either the hamburger menu (and therefore dark/light mode toggle) accessible on the mobile homepage, or the toggle added to the homepage somewhere

IMO the hamburger menu should be added to the mobile homepage, that way we also eliminate the layout shift when navigating between the home and sub pages

Mobile users would have a more unified UX with reduced layout shift, and the ability to toggle between dark and light mode on the homepage

Start by comparing the mobile header on the homepage with the header on /introduction/, focusing on why the hamburger menu and dark/light mode toggle are missing from the homepage. The work is done when mobile users can access the toggle from the homepage without the header layout shifting between pages; check the consuming apps and release update afterward.
