Feature description
The server spinup page (what the user sees while waiting for a server) is really built for admin-type users. The messages that appear there can be alarming ("failed to start...", "insufficient resources", etc.
It would be better if we customized this screen so that users don't see these messages.
Value and/or benefit
End users are not alarmed by the messages which are normal and valid but directed at admin users.
