Description
Context
Not 100% sure this is the right place for this issue, but it seems like we should have some tools available by agents by default, and being able to display images in chat is one of them.
Value and/or benefit
This came from a client request. Obviously we could set it up for their deployment, but it seems generally useful for all users as a good default tool to enable.

Research direction
The issue does not identify files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating how default agent tools are configured and how the React chat renders images or plots; done means agents have image-rendering available by default and users can see the resulting images in chat.
