Description
I configured cabal to use my dorm's hackage mirror (yeah, we have that in my dorm...), but Hoogle statically uses hackage.haskell.org. It would be nice if it used whatever server cabal is configured to use, via remote-repo: $repo in ~/.cabal/config

Research direction
Start by locating where Hoogle selects hackage.haskell.org and how it could read the remote-repo setting from ~/.cabal/config. Check the configured repository behavior, then verify that Hoogle uses the selected mirror instead of the default server.
